GOT VEHICLE INTO BAY AND CHECKED FOR ANY CODES STORED AND NO CODES. CHECKED FOR POWER AND GROUND AT THE STARTER AND IT HAS BATT VOLTAGE AT STARTER, UNHOOKED THE STARTER WIRE AND HOOKED UP METER AND TURNED IGNITION TO CRANK AND NO VOLTAGE. LOOKED UP CHARGING/STARTING DIAGRAM AND CHECKED THE FUSES AND THE FUSES ARE GOOD. REMOVED STARTER RELAY AND TESTED FOR POWER AND GROUND AND FOUND BATTERY VOLTAGE AND GROUND GOOD. HOOKED UP TEST LIGHT ON THE SIGNAL INPUT AND GROUND AND CRANKED THE IGNITION AND THE TEST LIGHT DID NO ILLUMINATE. FIGURED I WOULD JUMP THE BATTERY VOLTAGE TO THE STARTER AND THE STARTER DID NOT ENGAGE. UNHOOKED STARTER WIRE AND RAN A DIRECT LINE TO THE STARTER AND THE STARTER STILL WOULD NOT ENGAGE INDICATING THE STARTER HAS FAILED. CONTACTED CUSTOMER AND DISCUSSED WHAT I HAD FOUND AND DETERMINED A NEW STARTER AND RUNNING A SEPARATE STARTER RELAY TO RESOLVE THIS CONCERN. OBTAINED STARTER AND INSTALLED NEW STARTER AND THEN MOVED BACK TO THE FUSE BOX TO REMOVE THE WIRES FOR THE STARTER CIRCUIT TO RUN TO NEW RELAY I FOUND THE STARTER WIRE INPUT HAD BEEN NICKED AT SOME POINT IN TIME AND CORRODED. SPLICED IN A SECTION OF WIRE AND PUT THE FUSE BOX BACK TOGETHER AND HOOKED UP BATTERY AND STARTED VEHICLE. TESTED THE STARTING OF VEHICLE SEVERAL TIMES TO VERIFY CONCERN HAS BEEN CORRECTED.

TRIED TO CLEAR THE CODE IN THE ABS MODULE BUT IT RESETS AS SOON AS THE VEHICLE STARTS AND IT IS ABS CONTROL MODULE HARDWARE INTERNAL FAILURE. RECOMMEND A NEW ABS MODULE FOR THE ABS LIGHTS.
