    • added coolant and pressure tested the system and found the outlet heater hose assembly cracked and leaking. recommend a new outlet heater hose assembly.
    • unhooked the line on the drivers side and unbolted from the firewall. tried to unhook the hose from the firewall and the plastic broke. got the hose off the heater core and snaked the new line in place. hooked up the drivers side to help hold it in place while i hooked it up to the heater core. bolted to the firewall and filled with coolant and purged air from the system. test drove and verified correct operation of the cooling system. customer also commented on the ac and the ac blew cold the whole test drive.

    • verified ac does not work, hooked up ac machine and recovered .15 lbs. pulled vacuum on system and ran leak test and it passed. charged system to full capacity and turned on ac and no ac. tried to verify if the clutch kicked in but it is so oily i couldn't tell. degreased the area and verified the clutch did not engage. looked for ac fuse and found it blown. replaced fuse and verified ac works. let system run while trying to see any ac leak detection dye and did not see any.

VERIFIED THE BLOWER MOTOR WORKS AND NO NOISES
    • UNHOOKED THE BLOWER MOTOR RESISTOR AND REMOVED THE RESISTOR AND INSTALLED NEW RESISTOR AND VERIFIED THE BLOWER WORKS IN ALL POSITIONS.

    • REMOVED THE MASS AIRFLOW SENSOR AND INSTALLED NEW SENSOR AND TEST DROVE. ENGINE PERFORMED AS DESIGNED. DURING THE TEST DRIVE I NOTICED THERE IS A HUM COMING FROM THE PASSENGER SIDE EITHER FRONT OR REAR WHEEL BEARING.
