    • Mount and balance four tire/wheel assemblies.
    • drained coolant and removed engine cover and the air cleaner assembly. disconnected the egr solenoid and tube and removed the upper intake. unhooked the fuel injectors and started to remove the lower intake and had trouble getting it out as the wire holder is hidden and so far back. got the harness released and removed the lower intake. sucked as much oil out of the valley as i could. removed the oil cooler and cleaned the engine surface. put new seals in the new cooler and installed the new cooler. put new gaskets in the lower intake and installed the lower intake. installed new gaskets in the upper and installed the upper intake. installed egr and filled the cooling system with coolant and started vehicle and let warm up to operating temp while purging air from the system. verified concern has been corrected. the check engine light was on upon arrival because the air intake temperature sensor was unplugged. hooked up scanner to clear the code and the scanner would not power up. traced it to fuse 43 and it was a 3 pronge. replaced fuse and cleared codes.
