    • verified concern and found the oil cooler housing leaking, recommend and new oil filter housing.
    • removed the air cleaner and intake air tube. removed the upper intake plenum and removed the lower plenum. unhooked the electrical connectors and removed the oil cooler housing. used evacuater and sucked up as much oil as possible. installed new oil filter housing and installed lower and upper intake. installed the air cleaner assembly and filled with oil and coolant and verified concern has been corrected.
    • removed the upper cowl trim to gain access to the upper strut hardware. raised vehicle and removed the front wheels. removed the lower hardware and removed the struts. installed new struts and re installed hardware. lowered vehicle and tightened the upper hardware and re installed the wheels.

    • RAISED AND SUPPORTED VEHICLE AND DRAINED THE COOLANT, UNHOOKED THE LOWER RADIATOR HOSE AND LOWERED VEHICLE. REMOVED THE FRONT BUMPER FASCIA AND REMOVED THE UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT. SEPARATED THE CONDENSOR FROM THE RADIATOR AND REMOVED THE RADIATOR. INSTALLED NEW RADIATOR AND RE INSTALLED REMAINING COMPONENTS. FILLED WITH COOLANT AND FILLED WITH COOLANT. STARTED VEHICLE AND LET WARM UP WHILE PURGING AIR FROM THE SYSTEM. TEST DROVE AND VERIFIED CONCERN HAS BEEN CORRECTED.
    • HOOKED UP AC MACHINE AND RECOVERED .963 KGS. UNHOOKED THE AC LINES FROM THE CONDENSOR TO REMOVE THE RADIATOR. AFTER RADIATOR WAS REPLACED HOOKED UP THE AC LINES AND RAN 10 MINUTES OF VACUUM AND A VACUUM TEST AND THEN CHARGED THE SYSTEM TO .964 KGS. VERIFIED AC SYSTEM WORKS.
    • PULLED INTO BAY AND UPON INSPECTION FOUND COOLANT ON THE LEFT FRONT AREA, ADDED SOME WATER AND FOUND IT DRIPPING FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE RADIATOR. RECOMMEND NEW RADIATOR FOR THIS CONCERN. SCANNED VEHICLE AND IT HAD A EVAP CODE AND A LOSS OF COMMUNICATION CODE.
