TEST DROVE AND VERIFIED CONCERN, RAISED AND SUPPORTED VEHICLE AND FOUND THE RIGHT FRONT HUB MAKING NOISE AND THE RIGHT OUTER TIE RODS ENDS ARE LOOSE. RECOMMEND REPLACING THE TIE ROD ENS AND HUB ASSEMBLY AND A WHEEL ALIGNMENT.
RAISED AND SUPPORTED VEHICLE AND REMOVED THE FRONT WHEELS, REMOVED THE LEFT FRONT BRAKE AND ROTOR. REMOVED THE LOCKOUT ASSEMBLY AND C CLIP AND REMOVED THE HUB ASSEMBLY, INSTALLED NEW HUB ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLED C CLIP. INSTALLED LOCKOUT AND ROTOR. INSTALLED CALIPER AND WHEEL. PROCEEDED TO NEXT JOB.
REMOVED THE NUT AND TRIED TO SEPARATE THE TIE ROD ENDS, WAS ABLE TO GET THE TOP ONE TO POP LOOSE BUT THE BOTTOM PORTION DID NOT WANT TO BREAK FREE. AFTER MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS IT FINALLY GAVE. REMOVED THE TIE ROD ENDS AND INSTALLED NEW TIE ROD ENDS , USED TAPE MEASURE TO SET IT CLOSE TO WHERE IT CAME APART. INSTALLED THE WHEELS AND SETUP THE ALIGNMENT. GOT THE ALIGNMENT DIALED IN AND WENT FOR A TEST DRIVE AND VERIFIED THE DEATH WOBBLE IS GONE, DID NOTICE THE STEERING HAS SOME PLAY IN IT YET, HAD WIFE RUN THE STEERING WHEEL AND WAS ABLE TO DETERMINE THE GEAR BOX IS THE SOURCE OF THE PLAY ALSO NOTICED THE TIRES ARE GETTING CLOSE TO NEEDING REPLACED.

VERIFIED CONCERN, INSPECTED THE AFFECTED AREA AND ALL LOOKED GOOD, RAISED AND SUPPORTED VEHICLE AND FOUND THE VACUUM PUMP LEAKING OIL AND IT'S FALLING ON THE TURBO. LOWERED VEHICLE AND SETUP TRUCK CREEPER AND REMOVED ENGINE COVER AND UNHOOKED THE WIRING TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE VACUUM PUMP. REMOVED VACUUM HOSE AND REMOVED THE BOLTS THEN SNAKED OUT THE VACUUM PUMP. ALIGNED THE NEW PUMP TO THE OLD PUMP AND INSTALLED NEW PUMP. INSTALLED HARDWARE AND VACUUM HOSE. INSTALLED ENGINE COVER AND TEST DROVE AND VERIFIED CONCERN HAS BEEN CORRECTED.

HOOKED UP SCANNER AND FOUND NO CODES SET IN THE ECM. TEST DROVE WHILE WATCHING LIVE DATA AND FOUND CYLINDER 2 HAS A MISFIRE. PULLED PLUGS AND THEY ARE WORN, RECOMMEND NEW PLUGS AND A NEW COIL FOR CYLINDER 2.
